The best part of latest version WhizIT are: Support Commercial and Non-Profit Organization, with multi companies / organizations user; Lock Data on and before to prevent other user to edit data; Backup data by Date n Time where it will not overwrite previous data; Transaction Entries help me to easily check transactions.
We are the user of WhizIT Accounts Organizer, we like it because it has a very detailed GST reports which helps us to do GST submission easily. It is also very easy to use, with short learning curve. E.g. Bank Reconciliation with click-and-match function; Account Inquiry with go-to function that brings me straight to the source document; Attachment function to include supporting documents to my Purchase, Bank Payment and Official Receipt.
Besides having helpful and quick response in support, the fixed assets schedule generation and depreciation automation in Journal save a lot of time.
Lastly, the plug and play approach allow me to use it straightaway, wherever I go.
